Bookings & Policies.

Prior to scheduling appointments it is asked of you to please read through the studios booking policies & salon etiquette. The following policies have been created to ensure mutual respect between client and stylist. I aim to provide every studio guest with a personalized & positive experience.

Bookings

When inquiring on booking an appointment please include your first & last name along with the service you wish to book. For colour enhancement clients you may be asked to provide photo reference of your current hair and/ or inspiration photos before booking, this allows for a better understanding of required service & time.

Bridal & off site booking

If you are inquiring on bridal bookings please fill out the intake form found on the home page. Bridal bookings are subject to a 25% deposit. Any cancellations once contractually booked will result in a forfeited deposit. For bookings larger than 6 members the addition of assistant/stylist is recommended & could be accommodated with notice upon request.

Policies & Salon Etiquette

Arrival

In order to respect the time of myself & other guests, you are asked to arrive at time of your scheduled appointment. The studio is unable to accommodate early arrival, please wait to enter the studio until your appointment time. Please contact the studio if you anticipate late arrival. Late arrival without attempt to contact may have to forfeit the original appointment. A follow up call will be made 10 minutes past your appointment time, more than 15 minutes past your appointment time without contact your appointment will be cancelled. If contacted I will do my best to accommodate the scheduled appointment with understanding there may not be adequate time for the full service. Although I strive for punctuality, if I myself have fallen behind schedule you will receive a courtesy call/message.

Cancellation & Rebooking

The studio requires a minimum of 24 hours notice of changes to a scheduled appointment. A cancellation or request to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee in the amount equal to 50% of the service booked. Clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointments will invoke a “no-show” fee in the full amount of the service booked. All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. Multiple missed appointments will result in the studio no longer accommodating bookings.

Cancellation due to Illness Please notify the studio if you have fallen ill and can no longer attend your scheduled appointment. Any guests who choose not to disclose this information prior to your appointment will be cancelled upon arrival. For the health of myself & other studio guests I will not preform any services on guests who are unwell or if I myself become unwell. In the case that I become ill you will be contacted directly and rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

I understand that there may be unforeseen emergencies & circumstances beyond our control where cancellations occur, the studio uses discretion when applying full or partial fees to missed services.
